Online Counselling
Individual Online Counselling
I offer confidential, one-on-one counselling for adults aged 18 and over.
Individual online counselling is a confidential space for you to explore your thoughts,
feelings, and experiences with a trained professional. Whether you are facing a specific challenge,
working through past issues, or seeking personal growth, these one-on-one sessions provide a safe and
supportive environment to help you gain insight and work toward your goals.
Having your session online means you can access support from the comfort and privacy
of your own home, making it more flexible and convenient.
Introduction call (optional)
Before you commit to a paid session, you're welcome to have a free,
15-minute telephone chat with me. This is an opportunity for you to ask
questions about how I work and for us to briefly discuss what you're
hoping to get from therapy.
There is absolutely no obligation to continue after the call.
If you prefer to go straight to booking a session, that's fine too.
To arrange a call, please contact me directly.
Online Counselling
Online counselling offers the flexibility and convenience of having a session
from a comfortable and private location. This service is available to anyone in the UK
and certain EU countries (please contact me for clarification), making counselling more
accessible and reducing the time and cost of travel.
How It Works
Your sessions are conducted securely using Zoom.
I will email you a meeting link shortly before your scheduled appointment.
• Using a Desktop/Laptop: Simply click the link to join the session directly from your web browser.
No software download is required.
• Using a Phone/Tablet: You will need to download the free Zoom app from the App Store
or Google Play Store before joining.
Important Considerations
• Sessions are 50 minutes long.
• To ensure a private and confidential session, please be in a quiet space where you
will not be interrupted or overheard.
• A stable internet connection is crucial for a smooth session.
To avoid disruptions, please refrain from streaming or
downloading large files during our time together.
• For your safety and the integrity of the session, I cannot continue if you are driving,
surrounded by others, or in a very noisy or busy environment.
It is essential to be in a safe, suitable space where you can fully engage without distractions
or privacy concerns.
Availability
All appointments are subject to availability.
I am available for sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during the following times:
• Daytime: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Evenings: from 5:00 p.m. onwards
• Saturdays: available until 2:00 p.m.
Please note that I respond to emails during working hours on the above days and services are
closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. I am not available to respond to emails, phone calls and messages
in the evenings after 5 p.m., on Tuesdays, or on Sundays.
Session frequency
We can discuss what frequency works best for you.
I offer both weekly and bi-weekly sessions.
For consistency and to help build a strong therapeutic relationship,
I generally recommend starting with weekly sessions.
However, I am flexible and happy to begin with fortnightly sessions if that better suits your needs.
If possible, it's best to agree on a regular day and time for your sessions.
If you have a busy or changing schedule, I also offer flexible session slots.
This means we can arrange a time that works for you one or two weeks in advance.
Fees and Payment
Each counselling session is 50 minutes long. The fee for each session is £50.
• Payment is required 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
• The preferred method of payment is a secure bank transfer (BACS).
• Payment via PayPal can also be arranged upon request.
• Please note that I do not accept cash payments.
• Full details for bank transfers will be provided in your counselling paperwork
once we agree on a first session.
